There was a wonderful class on medieval Japanese cookery given at Pensic. If
any one goes to Pensic on the list, I would heartily recommend this class!
 If I can dig out my class notes I will be happy to re-type them and ppost
them or send the information on where they can be obtained. Yumitori I think
will be plaesantly surprised and for those who study period cooking in
general this is a fascinating side study.
