SC - any suggestions ??

Actually, yes, red wines do have histamines according to my Grandmothers
doctor.  My Grandmother was a steady drinker of white wines for many
years.  Then one night we bought a bottle of red to go with dinner and
she broke out in red splotches a developed a bad headache.  Since it was
early in the afternoon we called our doctor and explained what happened.
 He told us that it was normal for some people to develop headaches and
reactions to red wine.

My question if it is used to cook with will the same effect happen, and
please don't ask e to test it out on my grandmother... ;D
