I agree with you. Here we have a hall steward who takes care of all the
activities in the hall including lining up and co-ordinating feast servers.
As far as those that occupied your seats, I would suggest a layout of the
feast hall be placed at the troll booth and anyone who is on-board signs
their name to a spot before entering the site. This has worked well for us
and there can be no argument with the written word.
