SC - Fish recipe, Was "Fried Foods"

If anyone has any recipes and they want to share.  Please put them out
on the list I am begging! :D  I am taking all the recipes and sending
them to my personal email at home then printing them and listing them by
category so that I can use them as reference material at a later date.
I would like to know where I got them and who I can give credit to when
using.
