Mainly, I just meant that I felt not having a copy most keenly when
considering the question of period Italian pasta.

I'm pretty sure that His Grace Cariadoc's two-volume collection of
period cookery books includes it. I own a copy of the old one-volume
version, which lacks it.

Perhaps someone out there has the most recent information on how to get
a copy of the collection, other than "Go to Pennsic and get it there."
...?
