Hi, Katerine here.  It occurs to me that some people here may be interested
in some of the stuff that I have on the web.  The culinary history section
contains a variety of stuff, including lists of published primary sources
(mostly English 13-15th c, with some French), comments on ingredients and
ingredient use, a few recipes, various other notes, and links to other
web sites with good stuff about culinary history.  The URL is
