SC - Allergies! Who is responsible?

Well written, I completely agree with the need for complete disclosure
(I'm sorry. I am an accountant and that word "disclosure" is just part
of my everyday vocabulary.) I also am never offended when someone does
not eat my feast due to allergies. I empathize with your suffering. I
am allergic to all meats (yes, ALL meats. I eat them anyway, but on a
rotational basis.) and all corn products and by-products (there are over
1000 derivitives including plastic storage bags and the dull side of
aluminum foil). I, too, accept 100% responsiblity for my allergies. I
was concerned for those who may not be aware or allergies or may not have
thought about them. That was the purpose of my comment. No offense was
ever intended.
