Hi :

The reason I figured it was the sulfites in wine that bothered me is
because I also react to coldcuts that have sulfites in them.  Choclate (I'd
rather die than quit!!!) and the spices listed have no effect on me.  Time
for more research.  I much prefer homeopathic cures to drugs.  They seem so
much gentler.  As long as I avoid coldcuts and too much Red wine i seem to
be fine.
