In the East Kingdom (at least that within a few hours drive of Ostgard) we are
lucky to have the wonderful Poison Pen Press. This merchant has the absolute
best selection of middle ages cookbooks (modern commercial printing). The other
equally good source carries photo-copies of out of print books. Alban the
Bookseller (not sure if that is his official booth name) is traditionaly found
at Pennsic near the post office. He also stocks the entire Compleat Anachronist
series in reprints to flesh out your collections. 

Poison Pen seems to be getting a web presence and does do mail order. Alban is
known to post on the rialto.
