Thank-you for the unwarrented compliment! Believe me I may be a good cook but
am not a "master"!!!!! If I were to cook a different dish for all 3 meals per
day for the next 200 years and perfect a new technique or style once every 6
mnths, I would not even put a dent in the flavor combinations that I would
like to try or master half the techniques that I want to learn. :-0
