and also to the SCA.  I'm working on my name and persona - hope to
have that down in the next few weeks.

Cooking is my hobby.  I grow my own herbs and like to experiment with
them in my cooking.  I imagine that herbs were essential in period
cooking, and would like to learn more.  

I'm from the Debatable Lands, and will be attending my first Barony
meeting tonight - so perhaps I'll meet finally meet some of you good folks!
