You would be an ideal person to ask some questions, then, and get the ball
really rolling... I remember how I messed up a Cury on Inglisch recipe
because I didn't know what viands where, for example. Ask away!
I am Tibor, from Carolingia in the East, and I have dabbled in cookery for
many years. My wife has her Laurel for, mostly, soteltie work and producing
nearly perfect feasts.... and we both read the books we buy for her. I hav
concentrated, mostly, on English or near English sources and translations.
Has anyone remembered to mention Serve It Forth on this list, yet?
