In my first message I forgot to say the our spanish event in October is
going to be a high persona rapier tourny and the date we have chosen is
1559 the marriage of Philip II of Spain to Ann Valois of France. Since
neither I or my head cook have ever done a Spanish event we have very
little in the way if recipes or references any tips or ideas would be
welcome.
