In Italy they make a wonderful fruit pizza. It is all kinds of fruit laid
out on the pizza dough, then they top that with a real mild cheese
(mascarpone) and then they sprinkle sugar and spices on that. When baked
the pizza comes out hot and juicy and it tastes like fruited cheese cake.
It was almost too good to share, but at about twenty dollars American for
this one item. Sharing was a requirement! "See Europe on five dollars a
day!" HA!
