I believe I have a copy of the article you're referring to. It is called
"Some Food Plants in SCA Period, by Marion Greenleaf" and has a
copyright date of 1988. It details the use of certain vegies, fruits,
and spices that were in common use during our period of research. It is
not a complete inventory of food throughout the Middle Ages; however,
it's a great reference source and I'm sure glad I have a copy!
