Annejke submitted a message recently in which she stated that she had 
submitted a manuscript to the Compleat Anachronist that contained the 
information we have been requesting in this 'List of Foods' thread, but  
that several cooking laurels had told her it would be a waste of space. 
 
I am new to period cooking and have been looking for just such information 
as Annejke has compiled.  Perhaps to someone who is experienced, like the 
cooking laurels mentioned, might feel this information was not necessary 
since they already know it.  I, personally, think that information shared 
among friends is never a waste of space. 
 
If you feel uncomfortable posting your article/manuscript publicly ... 
please, please consider sending a copy to me directly.  I would love to 
see it.

I ahve a manuscript that was submitted to the Compleat Anachronist of 
all this information.  I was told by several cooking laurels that 
they didn't think this was neccessary and would be a waste of space.  
What do you think?
