This was just sort of a hat in the ring. Just another entry in the "What
if..." field. I think it's most likely the dish is sauteed, with a
certain amount of bean breakage in the process, giving a pile of beans
with some onion aned garlic, with the occasonal lump of mashed bean pulp
in there too.
