I word of warning about Bull's Blood.  It is my favorite wine, good Magyar
that I am,  but it is an unusual red wine.  It is a DRY red wine (my husband
considers it an extra dry wine).

I'm not sure how that effects its cooking use, I may have to experiemnt a bit
with it.
