The following original recipe is in the eyes of most particularly disgusting
but I LOVE it. :-)

Cottage Bean Sandwich

Buttered Toast
Small Curd Cottage Cheese
Pork and Beans
Chopped Roast Beef (substitute pork or chicken, as desired)

Spread one piece of toast with cottage cheese. Sprinkle meat pieces over top.
Put several spoonfuls of pork and beans on other slice of toast. Put 2 pieces
together to form a sandwich. Yum! Enjoy.
