Greetings to the Southern Hemisphere! (What keeps the blood from
rushing to your heads as you swirl around the sun upside down?) :^
Subscribers in the "elsewhere" category (i.e., not in the UK or USA)
have two options in paying.
1. You can pay in sterling, using the rate given for "elsewhere" (13.50
pounds/1 year; 26 pounds/2 years). Alternatively, send a Eurocheque or
other cheque _expressed in sterling and drawn on a London bank_ (e.g.
the London branch of your own bank in your own country). Make it out
to Prospect Books Ltd.
2. In countries where there are local agents (see below) you may pay
them in local currency if you wish. Exchange rates fluctuate, so PPC
asks you to look up the current rate in your newspaper and convert the
sterling to your local currency at that rate.
In Australia, send cheques to PPC, c/o Barbara Santich, 13 King Street,
Brighton 5048 S.A., Australia. Cheques payable to Barbara Santich.
(Yes! _That_ Barbara Santich!)
In New Zealand: PPC, c/o Helen Phare, PO Box 5775, Wellesley Street,
Auckland, New Zealand. Cheques payable to Helen Phare.
Subscribers who are neither in Europe nor in North America and who wish
to receive PPC by airmail should add 75p per copy (so, for example,
adding 2.25 pounds for a three-issue subscription).
I think that should cover it unless someone lives in Scandanavia, the
Netherlands, France or Canada!
