There is a wonderful bread book called something to the effect of "Brother
Juniper's bread book"  It is put out by a monastery in Sonoma or Napa County
(Calif.), who make and sell wonderful breads.  Their "Straun" bread is a
delicious multi-grain bread, and is included in the recipe book, which of
course I do not have with me a work! ;)
