Well, I suspect that this is particularly true, though why one would
want to eat such a thing as 18 month old UNDERWEAR, is beyond me!!

"SMALLS", BTW, is a period term for undergarments, not children.
A "period" euphemism for children would be... oh, lets see... 
		
		"CHILDREN".


(Or "kinder", or "young".  "SMALLS" is not an appropriate term. "SMALLS"
and "Children" are not generally interchangeable terms. While both
originate at the crotch, I think that few sane folk would confuse
them!!)
