	Good morning Cooks!!   and here's the  *rest*  of the story . . . .

	I had cut up the 9x13 chunk of stuff into manageable squares, and then
after dusting with powder sugar, stuck it in the freezer -- more so I
didn't have to deal with it  or look at it --  Last nite, I took the
problem stuff out, decided the only way was to painstakingly pare/peel the
paper off with my trusted paring knife.   So, I cut the squares into
strips, and started to peel.  At first it was peel, and the paper would
rip.  But, as the strips started to defrost,  the paper came off frlatively
cleanly  * in whole strips* .  I am so happy!!  :>  Next time I go with
parchment . . .or no paper at all.
