I think in america, dog food may be better- it is supposedly one grade higher
than the meat surved in college (and prison) dining halls *because people
might eat it*.  This according to a friend of mine who worked in the dining
hall when I was a student. ;)

And Australia is where they make real hamburgers - meat, lettuce, tomato,
onion, cheese, beetroot, fried egg, bacon and a slice of pineapple. (Although
I can live without the pineapple)

I have never even seen beet or fried egg on a hamburger, but if you go to a
*real* hamburger joint- not "fast food", all of the others are usually common
options, at least "out here" in California.
