perhaps the recipes/cookbooks are easier to find for novices?
speaking as a novice in SW Missouri, (scene at local library: I can't
find this book, can you Inter-Library Loan this for me? a few weeks
later: I'm sorry, but no one in our loan district has that book <sigh>)
