There used to be a diner back home (Lafayette IN) that made a sandwich which
- - as best I recall - went something like this:

     bread
     ketchup
     bacon
     fried egg
     bread
     mayo
     tomato
     lettuce
     cheese
     hamburger
     mustard
     bread

Quite good, especially with the ketchup left out....
