Agreed on all counts. It's just that these various solutions aren't
_invariably_ that the person can't have wine in some form. If a
prohibition is based on necessity, I'm all for it. If it's based on
expedience, that I can live with it. Sometimes, however, it's based on
ignorance, which, although I will still live with it,  disappoints me.

I am not, of course, referring to anybody on this list, who doubtless
have excellent reasons when they do avoid wine.
