It would be nice to have an article on-line which discusses the most
common food allergies, so that cooks would know what to highlight when
informing the populace about ingredients. For example, lots of cooks
probably don't know that nut oils can be a big problem, since they are
pretty invisible. A few cooks don't realize that vegetarians mostly
won't eat beef or chicken stock. And so forth.
