Certainly one of my favorite to serve others would be Mistress Johanna
Dudley's redaction of Rice in Lombard Style.  Rice, with cheese and chicken,
perfumed with rose water.  It's a real treat, hot or cold.  I've made a
vegetarian version of it for myself, and it's quite lovely.
