While cervelles, in culinary French, are indeed brains, I'm almost
positive that cervellate is not brain sausage.

I've forwarded your message to Johanna.

I think I sense a cooking escapade coming on..... 2 years ago, to celebrate
Johanna's birthday, she, her lord, their mutual apprentices (and I, because
I am married to one and own a van) went on a shop and destroy mission on a
Saturday morning. She pointed, Aquel paid, apprentices carried, and I
drove. We hit the farmer's market, and the wonderful shops and butcheries
in Boston's North End: the italian section of town.

We retired to the home of two of the apprentices, spent a delightful
afternoon cooking and tasting and improvising. Additional friends arrived
for the evening meal. We had seats for about 20, and food for about 40, and
we ate to the point of acute pain.

Man, I wanna do that again. This time, we can buy more sausage.

	Tibor
