Wait until after pennsic?  I looked at this, went home for the weekend
for  my books, and promptly got into the pre-pennsic rush - gotta get
the stuff done for the polyphonic challange, sewing, cooking some stuff
in advance, menu planning, 

Seriously, I would love to do the seige cooking thing again - October
sounds good to me - I can do just fine, but I have very few recipes memorized
and therefore need to be in front of my books to pull something that 
complex together.  

Now this novice redaction thing (one recipe at a time) is a bit more
accessible...
