The menu sounds scrumptious. One minor suggestion> Why not serve "Saffron
Rice" > rice cooked in chicken broth with saffron instead of the potato dish?
It would be far more elegant and less heavy than the potatos and satisfy the
starch  crowd. Just a tho't..... .-).
