OH!  I don't suppose I could get you to either send that in or 
photocopy it for me - I'm doing the Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins
on Valentine's day next year and wanted to do at least a subtlety 
if not a bunch of dishes that qualify as Aphrodisiacs!  I
am just starting to collect info, but would love to get that.
(I'm willing to pay copying and postage if you like....)
