SC - Butchering Class

Done! I am volunteering to do a class on butchering at Pennsic next year. I
cant promise the head will be gone but I can promise that the eyes will be
closed.  Planned class will include but not be limited to fish, poultry
(chicken), mammals (goat or piglet). I have contacted a local meat shop and
they are willing to teach me the finer points of butchering free of charge in
exchange for my "services". My intention is to do a follow up class on fire
pit raosting with a small "feast in the evening. I will need at least 3
volunteers to help me with this and keep in contact with regarding the class
thruoghtout the remainder of the year until next Pensnsic. If you are
interested in helping to teach this class please e-mail me personly at
Uduido at aol.com or contact me at Mountain Confederation at the bottom of
Brewer's Road at this year's Pennsic. My arrival is scheduled for Aug. 3rd
and I will be on site for the duration.
