Yes, educating the populace can be done. Remember though that it takes time
and patience to change the habits of a large group. Several years ago it was
almost unknown for feast reservations to be taken or given for Ansteorran
events. Now it is much more common. It was helped along by persistant
announcements and a few feasts that sold out didn't hurt.
