I am not sure this list has a wide-spread sense of curteousy. I have tried
to be a member for awhile and everytime I say anything the group decides I
know nothing and should be shut up. I have had it. It seems the SCA is
ridden with this holier than thou c**p. I thought being a preacher's kid
surrounded me with this kind of garbage. I have been mistaken.

If you have not intended to be rude, I apologize for going ballistic.
However, there are a few of you out there who thrive on your ability to
shut people up and keep them quiet. It is amazing how little people these
days want to actually be polite. Instead, as in our society, we talk about
it all day long and then think it is the other guy's job to do it. This is
all to familiar to me as this is the reason I have quit playing in our
shire. It's just a d**n shame no one here has the courage to take the rev
job from me. I have held my hand out with it for awhile. I have enough
honor, however, not ot walk away and leave the shire without someone to
handle their financial affairs. It is a shame it has come to this, but I
have to say YOUR DREAM HAS BECOME A JOKE.

Former servant to the "Dream" now looking for a ladder to get out of the
muck being spread.

If you think I am completely wrong, email me privately as I am trying to
unsubscribe. To those who have not been involved in this mess, I apologize
for taking up your space. I have never intended to be rude or impolite,
but a person can only take so much. I am afraid I have had my fill.

For those who have been offensive to me and others, if you feel offended by
this post . . . TOUGH NOOGIES. I probably should be apologetic, but I
cannot right now. I am a bit steamed (for good reason). I am tired of all
the whining about why we should not be talking about something you might
not be interested in or how you think we should not discuss it because it
doesn't directly relate to you. I have tried to take a broader view of
things and apparently you are stuck in your own little world and cannot see
through your own "mystic." Again, I will probably be sorry later, but am
not right now.

I guess I will never get anywhere in the SCA now, however, if someone with
a brass hat or title can be rude why can't the rest of us? Honor --
schmonor. I see little of it here at times.
