Another great place to check out for something like this would be the 
local colleges that have cooking or hotel management schools.  The 
Hilton College in Houston has lots of demo kitchens (with mirrors), 
great cooking space in general and even has areas to do blind tastings 
(not necessarily appropriate but great fun).  I do know that the Hilton 
College does rent out their facilities although I don't know for how 
much.  Just a thought.  I too would love to attend.  

This idea sounds like a winner!  When can we do it and where?
