I usually use a mixture of hebs when making this recipe. A typical
combination for my redaction includes violet leaves, rose petal, angelica,
green onion and dandelion.
Basically whatever is available in my yard or garden that is edible. I think
the rendering of herbs as "spinach" is for convenience sake.
