Various bibliographies have been posted over the last few months, as have 
redactions of various period recipes.  You might want to look into getting 
past digests.  Alternatively, I have copies of some of those posts and could 
send them to you directly.

Pardon my presumption in replying; others here are of longer standing, and 
could have done so more fittingly, but I had a keyboard to hand and a minute 
to spare.

letting her know of the files I had in my SCA Rialto Files that have recipes
in them. Many of which came from this list. Perhaps she will find those files
more useful. Although with her other crafts interests and the interest in
Ren. Fairs she mentioned, I thought she might find the SCA to her liking.

Liza, if you are still here, I think you could make some interesting
contributions to this list. I'd love to hear more about sausage making
and your drying of various foods. While these have been discussed here, there
is always room for more.
