SC - Lemons and Limes......bisulfites

The proliferation of sulfites as preservative is scary.  You'll find
signs at restaurants, notices on products, and more disturbing listings
hidden in ingredients on fodd packages.  It's mightily effective in
supressing bacterial/fungal growth.  The big drawback is the allergy
commonness.  I'll definitely consider this more in my ingredient
selection when preparing dishes for groups of people.
