The Middle Kingdom A&S criteria include separate judging sections for 
single-dish and multiple-dish entries.  Illusion foods are a third.  As 
with all entries, food must have received either a 1 or 2 rating to be 
able to go on to the Kingdom A&S Competition.  Unlike other categories, 
the "lucky" cook needs to re-cook the entry if s/he chooses to send it 
on to the kingdom level.  Some of the multiple-dish entries are 
fantastic!
