SC - Parsley

 Flat has a more sour flavor (to me) that smacks
somewhat of cilantro.  (To which it is visually similar).

I've also used lovage as well which I like and reminds me of parsley.  It
has a sweeter taste.  Flat leaf parsley  just tastes stronger to me and the
curly tickles when it goes down
