Here in Lochac (Australia) my husband was able to find Islinglass through
his local homebrew (beer) supplier.   Have you considered contacting such
people in your area as a source?

BTW, I have not yet used the islinglass, but will attempt to make two
batches of the above redaction (kindly supplied by Anne-Marie) one with
Geletin and one with Islinglass and will post the results, if anyone is
interested.

Note, this wont be for a week or so, I have banquet to prepare for this
weekend, with the menu already set.
