I don't think there are any, at least so far as recipes are concerned. You
might find useful information in the anthropological literature, and there
is some description of feasting in the early Irish stuff, and perhaps the
early Welsh as well.

On related subjects, Anne Hagen has some books on Anglo-Saxon cooking, and
there is a sixth century letter from a Byzantine physician named Anthimus
to Theodoric, King of the Franks, on the subject of diet, which contains
some recipes--one or two of which are in the Miscellany.
