Regarding the Riley book:
Others have attested to the documentation of this book. I can attest that
I've tried most of the recipes and they are quite tastey. The zabalione
(sp?) was a little weird in texture but very rich. I've tried both the
almond cookie and strawberry cream recipe and both are good.
