After recent discussions on this list of fried sage leaves, I was
quite amused when a friend returned from a hyper-expensive cooking
retreat in Tuscany clutching a recipe. "Oh, Joan, you have to make
this...it's all the rage in Europe.. my DEAR, it's just too trendy
for WORDS! It's called Salvia Fritta."
