RE>SC - Spoiled meat: was "MustardÉ 6/30/97 sauerbrauten anyone? and in reference to previous off topic about delicatessens, a good mustard is the difference between a heavenly corned-beef sandwich and lunch meat. It is an enhancement not a coverup (except i agree: yellow mustard on a hotdog).
