  Does anyone if the newsletter Serve it Forth is still operating?  I had a 
  subscription but haven't received anything in quite a while. I really 
  enjoyed reading this newsletter.

And, have all of *you* written for this newsletter yet?  (My next article
will be a review of "Acquired Taste", once I finish reading it.)
