You are right... This shows you how much I drink those cactus alcoholic
beverages...

Do all cultures have fermented/alcoholic beverages in their cuisine?  I
read somewhere that all cultures have something pickled... you know
kimchee, pickled vegies, sauerkraut.  One of the reasons they gave is that
pickles aid in digestion.  Is this true?  It's been a while since I read it
and I may have misread it.
