Lord Ras,

Which "hot peppers" are you referring to?  I find the term rather vague, used
to refer to jalapenos, African red pepper (which may or may not be the same as
habenjeros -- I am not sure), cayenne, etc.  I am interested in whatever
documentation you might have, as I would like to add these peppers to my
period spice database I am in the process of compiling (very early stages).
